Modifications: Omit ethanol and add to the autoclaved medium 2.5 g/l Na2S2O3 x 5 H2O from an anoxic stock solution prepared under 100% N2 gas atmosphere and sterilized by filtration. Increase amount of yeast extract to 2.00 g/l.
